I earned my Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1977 and began my career in the financial industry in 1980 with a Series 7 license. I became a Broker/Dealer Principle in 1986 and later became a Registered Investment Advisor in 2016. From 1996 to 1998, I served on the District 6 NASD Board, including terms as vice chairman in 1997 and chairman in 1998. I also served on the NASD Small Firm Advisory Board from 1998 to 2000, contributing to initiatives that supported and strengthened small firm representation within the industry.
My guiding goal when working with clients is to help them retire with confidence and enjoy a comfortable, secure lifestyle throughout their retirement years. Supporting long term financial well being is at the heart of my approach.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy almost anything outdoors and like keeping up with a variety of sports. Family is at the center of my life. My wife, JaLynne, and I have been married for 45 years, and together we've raised four daughters and now enjoy the joy and energy of fifteen grandchildren.
