1. Who does Murray Securities use as their clearing firm?

 Murray Securities  retains Hilltop Holdings* (NYSE: HTH) as their clearing agency to hold cash and securities, issue trade confirmations and statements, along with other reporting services including state-of-the-art computerized record keeping and real-time portfolio updates. By utilizing the investment services of these companies, Murray Securities is able to devote 100% of their time managing each client's portfolio.

 2. How are my accounts protected?

All of our clients' accounts are protected up to an aggregate of $20 million per account. "Member of SIPC, which protects securities  customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $100,000 for claims for cash). Explanatory brochure available upon request or at www.sipc.org." Hilltop Holdings supplements this basic coverage with an Excess Securities Policy purchased from a major insurance company totaling $19.5 million. This coverage does not protect against fluctuations in the market value of securities, including loss of principal on any investment or cash.

 Murray Securities is a fully disclosed broker/dealer with transactions clearing through Hilltop Holdings in Dallas Texas, which is listed on the NYSE (HTH).

 3. How frequently will I receive statements?

 All clients will receive statements on a monthly basis unless no activity is recorded in the account. If there are no monthly transactions, the client will receive a statement on a quarterly basis. Along with account statement, all clients will receive trade confirmations once an order or trade has been executed.

 4. Will I be able to access my account online?

 We have the capability to set up your investment accounts so that you can access them online. Please contact our office for the web access form.

 5. Is there an account minimum?

 No, there is no account minimum to work with an investment consultant. Murray Securities will recommend an amount reflecting a portfolio based on the clients objectives and risk tolerance.

 6. How do I open an account?

 If you are interested in opening an account, please contact us so that we may better assist you in establishing the type of account and provide you with the correct documentation.
